However because the barn is built into a banking and the access is to the rear, the entrance to Clifton is also at ground floor level. It may be let separately or together with The Shieling for up to 10 people

Utility room: With washing machine and tumble drier. Separate WC.

First Floor: 
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom: With zip and link twin beds which can be made up into a superking, ensuite shower, WC and wash basin.

Bedroom 2: With king size bed.

Bedroom 3: With king size bed.

Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Facilities/Miscellaneous: Outside: shared use of hotel grounds. Parking for 2 cars. 
All heating, bed linen and towels provided. Complimentary basket of logs provided, further supplies can be purchased. Cot and high chair available. 2 dogs welcome.
